Meet Chrissy Zaremba
Chrissy (or Christine when Becks is cranky with her) is a bit of a swiss army knife… You may have seen her eating random animal parts and desperately trying to pronounce the word purgatory on Survivor, or plying her day trade as a beloved teacher at Chancellor College.
Chrissy has a heart (and mouth) as big as Texas and she’s not afraid to throw down or have a laugh at herself. Now “pretty much in her 50s” (Becks) Chrissy is a proud mum of three adopted girls and hates it when Becks gives her stick for living in “Buddinaaahhh”.
What you see is what you get, Chrissy prioritises a good time, doesn’t sweat the small stuff and will just blurt out whatever’s on her mind.
Meet Becks
Luke “Becks” Toohey is one half of your Weekend Breakfast team on 91.9 SEA FM.
With over 20 years on and off the air in media. Becks has done the hard yards, from five-star hotels to now running his own brand and marketing agency “Seen”.
Somewhere along the way he and his lovely Lisa decided the Sunshine Coast was the only place worthy of calling home.
When he’s not behind the mic, you’ll find him out for a fish, chasing after his two kids or “fixing” something at home that Lisa will have to call a professional to redo in a month’s time. Becks wears his heart on his sleeve and loves a cheeky sledge at his good mate Chrissy.
