Horizon Festival is the Sunshine Coast’s premier contemporary multi-arts festival — a 10-day celebration of creativity that transforms beaches, streets, hinterland venues and community spaces into immersive cultural experiences.
Presented by Sunshine Coast Council, the festival explores the intersection of art, people and place on Kabi Kabi and Jinibara Country, bringing together local communities, visiting audiences and artists through music, performance, visual arts and storytelling.
The 2026 event marks the festival’s 10th anniversary, showcasing diverse voices and shared experiences while encouraging audiences to discover art in unexpected locations across the region.
