A new report released by the Australian Medical Association says that almost one third of junior doctors working here have been the victim of bullying, harassment and discrimination.
The 2018 Resident Hospital Health Check surveyed 615 junior doctors state-wide to compile the report.
It also found 62 per cent of junior doctors at the University Hospital were worried about negative consequences if they reported the bullying.
Senior staff say they are taking the findings very seriously.
